Issues with the VM has been resolved most of the TDT services should be back online.

TDT-VM1 Will be facing issues due to a VM Failure to boot up

Hardware change with in TDT Core unit where DNS service and login service from TDT will not be possible due to offline AD LDAP and DNS.
Same services may ot may not work normaly without the DNS.
